Minutes away from famous Sunset beach bar! Enjoy a fresh Heineken and watch planes land right over the beach! Famous Maho area is also walking distance (5 min after sunset beach bar) where you will find restaurants, beach bars, shops, night clubs, casinos and more.

Résumé: We haven’t done a lot of island hopping since selling a place on a nearby island. We looked forward to trying the “One Love” Island but we weren’t completely educated on what that meant. We arrived having been in great contact with the owners as to literally everything we needed to know for arrival, the stay and departure. Whenever I had a question-there was a prompt answer. Their house manager was also there upon entrance and willing to help with most anything. The home was perched above a cove (near the airport) which was actually thrilling. There was not a lot of noise and it wasn’t a constant rush. A walk from the condo to the beach was amazing (an immediate) for our morning walk and swim before returning for a quick b fast and trek to a new place to explore for the day. It was a quiet neighborhood of which we entered a gated community under an umbrella of bugainvillea. We had a daily visit from a gorgeous little goldfinch on the back porch while sipping our coffee! All that and looking out on a crescent beach with the most gorgeous water…a sight for these winter weary eyes! The condo itself was perfectly appointed with an awesome vibe. More than enough space for the two of us but just perfect. Bonus:filtered water plummed into the kitchen sink! No hauling gallons of bottled water. Folks around the area were friendly and the food-need I say more? As a vegan I found options. We would go back in a heartbeat and stay longer.
